Something all geeks look forward too – seeing the iPhone 5 torn apart piece-by-piece. This is done by the ever reliable folks at iFixit (who also tore apart the new Apple EarPods). The biggest news is how easily the iPhone 5’s display can be replaced.
The Teardown also mentioned a screen replacement on older phones: “Compare this to the iPhone 4S, where it took 38 steps to isolate the display assembly, and this iPhone may be the most repairable iPhone we’ve seen in a while.”
Sweet. Can a phone be desired any more than this one? iFixit is cool too, I recently purchased a few tools from them and they were great with the entire purchase.
