Where the Hell Have You Been?

It’s been a while. I’m sorry.

So, what the hell then? That’s a very good question. Some of it can be explained by the trips I have taken around Canada and the world. Some of that has revitalized my growing interest in Photography. While in Rio De Janeiro, I managed to get a few decent shots, and I’d like to share some of them with you here.

Another big Apple iPhone announcement came and went. I, of course, picked up the iPhone 6s but didn’t have the chance to review it. There’s always something to anticipate with every new Apple event; or is it something to dread? And, with this one, the marquee product didn’t really set the world on fire.

But, things in my world were so crazy that I wasn’t even in Toronto when my iPhone 6s had arrived. What all this has shown me is that I need to learn to better juggle things in my world. Refocus on what should be priorities, and step back on some ambitious things I clearly didn’t have time for. This blog will always be a central focus of what I do, and in ten years, I have always returned.

Please don’t hold it against me. Until I’m back with new content, I want to leave you with one of my photographs from Rio. One of these was at Trópico de Capricornio in Buzios.  The grounds were kept immaculate, felt like a mansion, and both entrances to the complex were run on automated gates. It was as beautiful as any place I had ever seen – sadly only for one day.
