One of the most amazing things about technology is how easy it can make our everyday lives easier. This is apparent in everything from tablet computers to smart phones. Capital One, however, has done something even MORE worthy of our disgust for credit card companies. Recently, my sister was called and pitched about a credit card and she thought it was reasonable enough, so she applied over the phone for the card.
In my line of work, I often have to be in touch with other technical people, and being someone who is considered technical myself (most people think so.. haha), I tend to deal with that sort of smarmy attitude often.
